Liz goes by The Lizard King (it's her stage name). She has been creating art from various media for as long as she can remember. she is adept in photography, painting, sketch art, digital graphics, has experience as a former columnist, a BA in English, self-published books of poetry, song-writing and more. She is currently studying Public Health aimed towards health promotion and Social Work at the graduate level. She is currently working in development for public media. She moves into projects with vision and enjoys planning for the long run. She is born and raised in El Paso, Texas and currently resides in Las Cruces, New Mexico. She has been putting on poetry and music shows since about 2018 and has brought the community together to celebrate art and mental health advocacy. She has been grateful to have some of her projects and events put under the light: you can read about it here. Her main website and project is Lizard Glitter Productions , which is an emerging project to use art and media to connect people to useful information and resources to promote wellness and community.
